Cinnamon Roll Pickup
The rolls will be available for pickup this Sunday November 21 at 11 a.m..
Someone took care of the leaves! Thank you! (I think I know who it is! If you do, be sure to thank him!)
The church needs two people to serve on the Council for 2022 and people to service on the Worship Committee and the Fundraising/Fellowship Committee. These three committees are the nuts and bolts of the church. Without people serving on these committees, it is very difficult to be the church. Please prayerfully consider serving in one of these positions.
Decorating for Advent
If you can stay after the service this Sunday, November 21 and help prepare the sanctuary for advent, your help will be appreciated.

Mark your calendars for November 23 Community Thanksgiving Service at St. John UCC Cappeln, in their Fellowship Hall at 7:00 p.m. with light refreshments to follow.
First Sunday of Advent – November 28
We will be collecting canned or boxed, non-perishable food on this day to add as presents under the tree. The food will be donated to the New Melle Food Pantry after Advent.
Congregational Meeting – December 5
Please mark your calendars for the December 5th Congregational Meeting. The meeting will begin, after worship and will be available for those wishing to join via Zoom. At this meeting, we will be taking an INFORMAL vote regarding IF Friedens Peace will continue the course of becoming an Open and Affirming church. This vote WILL NOT be a final vote. This will be a secret vote. If you wish to vote, but cannot attend, you can call (605.520.6776) or email (email@example.com) Pastor Bev. She will keep a tally of the votes she receives and will bring them to the meeting.
