Music & Worship

Music & Worship works with the Pastor to provide meaningful and uplifting worship services for the entire congregation.  Here is a brief overview what Music & Worship is trying to accomplish.

Ø      Meet monthly to bring all persons with roles relating to the worship service together in one place so all are on the “same page”.

Ø      Serve as liaison between congregation and pastor regarding all areas of the worship service and music department.  This includes open discussion regarding all comments and suggestions.

Ø      Work out details required for each service to run smoothly.  These include:

Ø      Work with Pastor in use of special guest speakers, music and/or video to keep our worship meaningful & uplifting

Ø      Provide service recordings for shut-ins and maintain library of these recordings

Ø      Sponsor Trunk-or-Treat each Halloween Night

Ø      Submit report to congregation at annual meeting.
